🤲 What is Return to Work from Parental Leave Policy?

Our Return to Work from Parental Leave policy aims to facilitate a smooth transition for employees and contractors returning to work after their parental leave, which we internally refer to as Birth Leave. In this policy, we provide guidelines and best practices for both managers and team members to restart their work routine at SettleMint.

🎟 Notice of Return to Work from parental leave

  1. We encourage employees and contractors to keep your line manager, and HR informed on your return date. This allows the team to adequately prepare for your return.
  2. Work with your manager on a ramp-up plan and timeline. This will look like an onboarding plan for a new hire to ensure you are given all information, context, and tools you need to succeed in your role.
  3. Arrange your calendar and work schedule around your family. Block certain times or moments throughout your week that you need to spend with your family.
