We are a “remote-first” company, and we prioritise remote work as the default mode of operation and hiring.

However, for certain roles in Sales and Customer Success, it is required to work remotely from a specific country, region, or city, and we may request to come to the office. If that’s the case, we explicitly mention it in our Job Descriptions.

For us, remote work is not just an option, but a fundamental part of our company's culture and operations.

These are the pillars of our remote work approach:

  1. Technology and Infrastructure: We invest heavily in technology and infrastructure to support remote work. We use the necessary tools, software, and communication platforms to ensure that remote employees can collaborate seamlessly, such as Notion, Slack, Zoom and Loom.
  2. Flexible Work Arrangements: We offer flexible work arrangements, allowing our team members to choose when and where they work, as long as they meet their job responsibilities and deliverables.
  3. Remote Onboarding and Training: We have well-defined processes for onboarding and training our colleagues, such as our virtual “first-week” onboarding programs, our buddy system, and online training resources.
  4. Company Culture: Maintaining our strong company culture in a remote-first environment is sometimes a challenge, but it's always our priority. We create a sense of trust, belonging and camaraderie among remote colleagues through virtual social events, recurrent all-hands virtual meeting, and through our yearly off-sites.

Sounds like the kind of scale-up you want to join?
