The total bonus paid for each employee/contractor hired through your reference is 1500€.
The payment is divided into two installments:
Referral bonus: 750€Anyone (employees and contractors) working at SettleMint on an indefinite basis is entitled to this bonus.
If you have referred a candidate, you can not participate in the hiring process/interviews of your referred applicant.
✋ It is mandatory, and it is your responsibility, to communicate to the Recruiter and to the Hiring Manager that you have referred someone for a role. In this way, we can mark the person as your referral and make sure everything runs smoothly.
If you don’t notify Recruitment about your referral, before the person joins SettleMint, you won’t be eligible for the bonus.
