Evaluation Visibility:
- Self-Review: Only you and your manager. Your Manager won’t see your self-evaluation until they complete your evaluation (to avoid bias)
- Your Manager Review will be automatically shared with you at the end of the cycle. However, your manager can manually share his/her feedback, and the peers feedback.
- Peer Review: it’s not anonymous, this is a time to be honest and transparent, in alimagnet with our Culture of Constructive Feedback and our “Speak Your Mind” value.
- Upward Review: is also shared with your Manager’s Manager.
Timeline (No exceptions allowed):
Overall cycle for evaluation: May, 20th - June, 20th.
- Upward & Peer Review: deadline 7th of June
- Manager and Self Review: deadline 20th of June.
Meeting with your manager:
- Deadline: 28th June.
- Each individual will discuss performance review results with their manager.
