Birth leave includes all types of long-term parental leave (maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, and adoption).
Birth leave is available for any active team member (contractor or employee) who becomes a parent through childbirth or adoption while working at SettleMint.
We are a distributed organization with team members living across the globe, thus we follow your country's parental leave laws based on your employment status at SettleMint (contractor or employee).
Nevertheless, we strongly encourage you to take the full period of parental leave you are entitled to and give yourself and your family enough time for this new stage of life.
